I. Definitions
- Company: GT Media World, LLC.
- Code of Ethics: This document, outlining principles for Partners, aligned with accepted standards of ethical conduct in collaboration with the Company and other Partners.
- Marketing Folder: Document describing the remuneration system applicable to Partners.
- Partner: Entity entering into a cooperation agreement with the Company.
- P&S (Products and Services): Products and services offered to Partners by the Company.
- Referrer: Partner whose recommendation led to the Candidate for a Partner opening an account.
- Customer Service (CS): Department within the Company that Partners can contact by phone, email, or mail regarding P&S matters. It provides ongoing support to Partners in all areas related to cooperation with the Company.
- Agreement: Agreement on cooperation concluded between the Partner and the Company based on the application submitted by the Partner and accepted by the Company.
Other terms used in this Code of Ethics should be understood according to the definitions given in the Cooperation Regulations, Marketing Folder, or any other documents issued by the Company and provided to the Partners.
II. General Rules
- The Company’s relationships with Partners are based on professionalism, respect, cooperation, and trust.
- Partners should act honestly, in accordance with the law, and with respect for principles and other Partners.
- Partners must refrain from disseminating untrue, unreliable, or damaging information about the Company in any form.
- Partners must maintain confidentiality of data and information regarding internal relations with the Company, specifically:
a) Compliance with the prohibition of disclosing personal data and sensitive information to third parties, including other Partners, which the Partner gained access to during collaboration.
b) Compliance with the prohibition on disseminating information regarding logins, access passwords, and information contained exclusively within the Virtual Office dedicated to Partners. - These provisions also apply after the termination or expiration of the cooperation agreement. Any data prepared by the Company and their copies should be promptly returned by the Partner upon termination or expiration of the Agreement.
III. Sales and Presentation of Products and Services
- The Company operates in a multi-level marketing system. Partners may conduct presentations and sales of Products in any legally permissible form and locations, such as workplaces, recreational areas, and other public utility places.
- Partner activity requires a personal, dedicated presentation of the product, addressing potential Partner candidates' doubts, providing reliable, clear, and comprehensive information about the Products and the benefits of collaboration with the Company. Partners should make every effort and dedicate the necessary time to address all concerns of potential Partners.
- Sales must occur outside of online auction, classified auction, and sales services such as Marketplace, Amazon, Allegro, eBay.
- Materials produced by Partners containing the Company’s trademarks must be pre-approved by the Company.
- Partners must provide complete, accurate information about the Products, especially regarding price, payment terms, returns, complaints, and the right to withdraw from the agreement.
IV. Rules for Network Development and Management of Partner Structures
- Every Partner building their own Structure must ensure its development by:
a) Assisting in the application process for new Partners and providing professional support in the onboarding of newly registered Partners.
b) Organizing regular training sessions tailored to the identified needs of each Structure.
c) Organizing individual training sessions tailored to the identified needs of each Partner (coaching), with the primary goal of developing individual competencies.
d) Organizing meetings with Partners from their Structure along with their potential Partner candidates to provide them with necessary substantive and marketing support.
e) Being available and cooperating in resolving any disputes that may arise between Partners within their structure.
f) Protecting the Company’s values, especially in the case of unfair competition or unwarranted criticism, and promptly reporting such violations to the Company’s Customer Service.
g) Supporting Partners in achieving successive qualification levels.
V. Prohibited Practices
- Practices aimed at unfairly increasing benefits by obtaining undue compensation from the Company are prohibited. Such actions include:
a) Fictional purchase of goods by failing to settle the payment for the ordered Products or Services.
b) Having more than one account as a Partner. - Partners must use only their own personal data and may not use the data of third parties. The Company is not responsible for unethical actions of third parties on Partner accounts.
- It is prohibited to speak ill of competitors in the market or criticize their actions, products, and services. The principle is to present the benefits of cooperation with the Company.
- Partners are forbidden from:
a) Recruiting Partners to other sales organizations that compete with the Company, especially those operating in the network marketing sector offering technological products and services.
b) Using personal data contained in the Structure to recruit collaborating individuals for other sales organizations competing with the Company.
c) Organizing and establishing activities that are competitive with the Company.
d) Encouraging resignation from cooperation or discouraging Partners from engaging in activities, organizing, and establishing activities that are competitive with the Company.
e) Publishing job advertisements for the organization using the brand, trademarks, and trade symbols belonging to the Company, regardless of the medium.
f) Creating websites, subpages, blogs, domains, business cards, email addresses using the name of the Company without obtaining prior approval from the Company.
g) Registering domain names that could suggest to potential Partners that they are official Company domains.
h) Recording and sharing videos using the trademark, trade name, or distinctive trademark owned by the Company for purposes other than marketing and the sale of P&S.
i) Re-registering individuals from another Structure within the Network.
All actions requiring prior approval from the Company should be expressed in the form of written or electronic consent. The Company has the right to terminate the Partnership Agreement with a Partner who does not adhere to the above rules.
VI. Consequences of Actions Contrary to the Code of Ethics
- Violation of the principles set forth in this Code of Ethics by a Partner entitles the Company to apply the following sanctions:
a) Telephonic warning with a request to cease violating any of the principles of the Code of Ethics.
b) Written warning with a request to cease violating any of the principles of the Code of Ethics.
c) Invitation for a meeting with the Partner to resolve the issue of violating any of the principles of the Code of Ethics.
d) Suspension of the Partner’s account, and consequently, the suspension of cooperation, for a period of 1 to 3 months – during this time, issues related to the violation of any of the principles of the Code of Ethics should be resolved and closed.
e) Termination of the cooperation agreement or its immediate termination, depending on the severity of the violations. - Upon termination of the cooperation agreement, the Company takes over the Partner’s account. Active services will remain active.
- A Partner whose cooperation agreement has been terminated will not lose access to the purchased P&S.
